How do I receive my ebook after I buy it?

After checkout, you'll receive an email with a download link. Download the file and send it to your preferred e-reader app or device to start reading right away.

What format are the ebooks in?

Files are provided in a format compatible with common e-reader apps and devices, so you can send them straight to your preferred reading app after download.

How is buying direct from Oliver Heber Books different from buying on Amazon or another retailer?

When you buy direct, more of your purchase supports the author who wrote the book, along with monthly royalties among the highest in the industry. You'll also find exclusive bundles, special editions, and pricing you won't find anywhere else.

Can I get a refund on a digital purchase?

All digital sales are final. If you run into an issue with a download or purchase, reach out through the Contact page, and we'll help sort it out.

What if I don't receive my download link?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us, and we'll resend it.

Are special editions shipped as physical books?

Yes. Special editions are printed, physical copies (often with extras like foiling, painted edges, or interior art) and are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, rather than delivered as a download.

Do you ship special editions internationally?

Yes. We ship special editions internationally, with the exception of nations under UK trade embargo restrictions. Digital ebooks are available worldwide.

Can I gift a book from Oliver Heber Books?

There's no separate "gift" checkbox, but you can still send a special edition as a gift: just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout; it doesn't need to match your billing address. Digital ebooks are delivered via download link to the purchasing account, so gifting works best with our physical special editions.
